경기도미술관 20주년 기념전 《흐르고 쌓이는》은 소장품을 매개로 과거의 기억을 현재로 소환하여 예술과 삶이 만나는 풍경을 조명하는 전시다. 미술관이 지나온 비선형적 시간과 변화의 태도를 유기적인 흐름과 축적된 지층의 대비로 시각화했다. 이를 통해 쌓임의 물성과 흐름의 움직임을 하나의 평면 위에 조화롭게 병치하여 예술적 소통을 직관적으로 전달한다.
The Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art’s 20th-anniversary exhibition, ‘What Flows, What Remains’, illuminates the landscape where art and life intersect by bringing past memories into the present through its collection. The design visualizes the museum‘s non-linear time and its attitude toward change through a contrast between an organic flow and accumulated strata. Through this, it intuitively conveys artistic communication by harmoniously juxtaposing the physicality of accumulation and the movement of flow on a single plane.
